JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. The Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ of mandamus by directing the R1 to consider the petitioner application for promotion for Academic level 12 to 13A and subsequently level 13A to 14 as per UGC regulation 2018. i.e. Annexure-H. b. Further direct the respondents not to disturb is possession of petitioner for which he has been appointed has as per Annexure-C, D, E, F till pending consideration of the application i.e. Annexure-H. c. Grant such other relief’s that this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation of the petitioner filed on 30.01.2025 has not been considered by respondent No.1. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.
