The present modification application has been filed for making a prayer for extension of time for surrendering and furnishing of bail bonds. It has been submitted that a report had been called for with regard to verification of criminal antecedent by the learned Court below which was submitted on 16.05.2025 and the same was seen on 24.05.2025. 3.
