1. It is an application for recalling of order dated 25.06.2025 for rehearing of the WPS No. 3939/2025
2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the writ petition pertains to the suspension of the petitioner and has challenged the suspension order dated 19.05.2025 in the writ petition whereas the
order dated 25.06.2025 passed with respect to the rationalization of the petitioner, therefore, the order dated 25.06.2025 passed in WPS No. 3939/2025 may be recalled.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.
4. I have perused the order impugned as well as the writ petition and the document annexed with the petition.
5. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the pleading and document annexed with the writ petition, the application for recalling of the order dated 25.06.2025 passed in WPS No. 3939/2025 is allowed and the order dated 25.06.2025 is recalled.
6. The WPS No. 3939/2025 is restored in its original number.
