Heard Sri Mukthiyar Shaik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents. 3. On 24.11.2025, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions dated 10.11.2025, submitted that, the authorities have admitted to pay to a tune of Rs.13,84,000/- (after statutory deductions) as against the claim made by the petitioner to a tune of Rs.15,76,588.38 ps and sought time for such payment. To the said submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions in that regard. 4. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to accept the said amount. 5. Taking into consideration the submissions of both the learned counsel and as the authorities are ready to pay the admitted amount to 4 the petitioner, this court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The respondents are directed to release the admitted/legally entitled amount to the petitioner at the earliest and at any rate, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
