It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that the matter has been amicably settled and a joint compromise petition has been filed in I.A. No.9248 of 2025. Averment regarding this, has been made in para 7 of the interlocutory application that the said amount has been received as full and final settlement of the dispute. 3. Learned counsel on behalf of opposite party no.2 does not dispute the factual assertions advanced on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Under the circumstance, instant criminal revision is disposed of in terms of compromise and accordingly, judgment of conviction and sentence, is set aside. I.A. No.9248 of 2025 is disposed of.
