GP FOR REVENUE 2 HBKM,J W.P.No.13207 of 2020 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in proposing to finalize the beneficiaries list under the Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu Scheme in respect of the layout laid in Sy.No.155 of Vemulavalasa Village, Anandapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District without conducting socio economic survey and also without considering the petitioner’s representation dated 10.02.2020 and notice dated 24.06.2020. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 23.09.2025 submits that the earlier layout has been laid in the Government land covered in Sy.Nos.6 and 151 of Vemulavalasa Village, Anandapuram Mandal for accommodating 63 beneficiaries of Bantupallivari Kallaru and 118 beneficiaries of Vemulavalasa Village. To accommodate the remaining beneficiaries of Vemulavalasa, the Government land covered in Sy.No.155 has been identified and accordingly a layout was prepared. In view of the some Court cases filed, the further process has not been taken in Sy.No.155 of Vemulavalasa Village and after clearance of the legal hurdles, the further action will be taken to allot the remaining beneficiaries, otherwise, alternative land will be identified. The house site pattas will be allotted to the eligible beneficiaries through draw only. The petitioner in his representation dated 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.13207 of 2020 21.08.2020 has not furnished any information with regard to the ineligible beneficiaries. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, as the petitioner’s representation was already considered and the further process for issuance of house sites in the subject land is not yet finalized, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. However, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land in Sy.No.155 of Vemulavalasa Village, Anandapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. The written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 23.09.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record.
