GP FOR REVENUE DR,J W.P No.30695 of 2025 3 The Court made the following: The writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:- “…to issue order direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS to declare the action of the Respondents seeking eviction of the Petitioner from her land covered in R.S.N0.67/5C an extent of Ac.1.40 cts situated at Taduvai Village, Jangreddygudem Mandal, Eluru District as illegal arbitrary and contrary to the provision of Assignment Rules consequently direct the Respondents not to evict the Petitioner from schedule land covered in R.S.No.67/5C an extent of Ac.1.40 cts situated at Taduvai Village, Jangreddygudem Mandal, Eluru District without acquiring the land and without passing any orders against the Petitioner and to pass such other order or orders…” 2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions dated 03.11.2025 received from the respondent No.3, has submitted as per the revenue records, the total extent of Ac.2.47 cents, out of which name of Nallanti Bhadrayya (Venkayya) is recorded as pattadar in respect of Ac.2.25 cents and rest Ac.0.22 cents is left vacant. The respondents have never interfered with the possession and enjoyment of the land whomsoever and in fact, the question of eviction does not arise. 3.
