This is the 3rd attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 231 of 2023 registered for the offense under Section(s) 364 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 302, 201 and 120B read with 34 of the IPC was added. 3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 07.07.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 25297 of 2025, and the present bail application has been preferred by the petitioner within six months. 4. In the opinion of this Court, this application is premature, as successive bail applications cannot be entertained Patna High Court CR. MISC.
