They wants that the provisional seniority list which has been published and objection has been called for and they have objected, the said objection be decided before finalising the seniority list. 2. Considering the prayer which the petitioners have made before the Court, I direct the respondent no.5- Deputy Commissioner cum Chairman, District Establishment Committee, Seraikella Kharsawan and respondent no.8- Deputy Commissioner cum Chairman, District Establishment Committee, Gumla to dispose of the objection filed by the petitioners objecting provisional seniority list. 2 3. Only after disposal of the objection of the petitioners, the final list will be published. The entire process should be concluded within a period of four weeks from the receipt of the copy of this order. 4. The result of the objection should be communicated to each of the petitioners. 5.
