(4) Learned State Counsel, in view of the Standard Operating Procedure/Instructions dated 23.01.2025, issued by the Government of Punjab and after obtaining instructions from the quarter concerned, apprised the Court that petitioners can approach the Authorities concerned on Mobile No. 90231-31010 i.e. available 24 x 7, “Sakhi One Stop Centre”, MCH Ward, Civil Hospital, Jalandhar.
