2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2)(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the victim. One stab wound was given to the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any crime. They are in custody since 27.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar/concerned Court below in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 18 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioners will mark his attendance at the Amdabad Police Station on the first & third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
8. This application for regular bail stands allowed.
