1. Petitioners have filed this writ petition with following reliefs:
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ thereby directing the respondent authorities to issue patta of the land bearing khasra number 1502/1, situated at Village Birra, Tahsil-Bamhnidih, Dist- Janjgir Champa (C.G) in the name of the petitioners, being legal heirs of land. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ thereby directing the respondent authorities to take cognizance on the representation of the petitioner in an expedited manner. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in favour of the petitioners may kindly be passed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners' have made representation Annexure P-2 regarding grant of patta before respondent No.2/Collector, however, same are still pending for consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the same expeditiously. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
Be that as it may, the petitioners' are at liberty to file a fresh application/representation before the respondent No.2- Collector
3 for redressal of their grievances and in that event, the Collector shall do the needful and consider and decide the petitioners' application/representation, expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law. 5.
