JUSTICE S G PANDIT) Though the matter is listed for Orders on office objections, the matter is heard for disposal with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner is before this Court praying for a Writ of Mandamus to consider the representation to grant 15 days to produce relevant document and to submit an appropriate reply to the Office Notice dated 25.04.2025 (Annexure-C). 3. Under Annexure-C, the Office Notice dated 25.04.2025, explanation is called for from the petitioner with regard to her Ph.D. Certificate which the University has found it as fake. The petitioner ought to have sought time from the respondent-University, and she could not have filed the present writ petition before this Court seeking to consider her representation, wherein she has sought time to reply to the Office Notice at Annexure-C, dated 25.04.2025.
