ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction declaring the action of 3rd Respondent herein in interfering with the civil disputes pending between the Petitioner and the 4th and 5th Respondents herein as arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional, without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent herein not interfering with the civil disputes pending between the Petitioner and the 4th and 5th Respondents herein pertaining to Houses bearing D.No’s.14-79 and 80 situated at Madanapalle, Chittoor District, which is a subject property before competent civil court …”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.
3. Sri S.Dilip Jaya Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, except under due process of law.
