The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 820 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is gold valuer and he is alleged to have cheated the bank by doing wrong valuation of gold. 4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna will take all steps for arrest of the accused person/s including the petitioner. 7.
