2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 376(D), 379, 354B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons has committed rape upon the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Though the allegation is of committing rape, but from the record it appears that the husband of the victim has filed another F.I.R. for molestation. There is a counter case also.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial, Magistrate, Araria/concerned Court below in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019.
