JUSTICE S G PANDIT) This contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of order dated 3.7.2025 passed in WP No.102169/2025, whereunder this Court passed the following order: (i) Petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation along with all medical records for necessary relief. (ii) On submission of such representation, respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law taking sympathetic view. 2. Subsequently, by order dated 15.7.2025, this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 3. Learned counsel for the complainants would submit that the respondents/accused have failed to - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:14961-DB CCC No. 100335 of 2025 comply with the order and submits that under Annexure-B dated 28.7.2025, the complainants enclosed the medical records, loan account records and the order passed by this Court; despite the same, the respondents have not passed any order. 4. On the other hand, the learned counsel Sri. Sanjay S Chanal for the accused submits that accused No.2 has filed an affidavit enclosing the communication dated 18.10.2025 issued to the complainants and submits that if the complainants produce the documents sought therein, the respondents/accused would consider the request of the complainants. 5. Learned counsel for the complainants would submit that within two weeks from today, the documents sought would be produced. 6. We are sure that if the complainants produce the documents sought under communication dated 18.10.2025, the respondents/accused would consider the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:14961-DB CCC No. 100335 of 2025 same and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the complainants. 7.
