When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that, the investigation is still pending regarding the FIR No. 301 of 2025 dated 17-06-2025 for the offence registered under Sections 318(4), BNS r/w 175(3) BNSS on the file of the Tirchanur Police Station, Tirupathi District. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if not filed by this date. No order as to costs.
