GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 23469 of 2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamusdeclaring the action of the respondent No.3 and 4 in calling the Petitioner to his Station in connection with a civil dispute at the instance of the respondents No.5 and asking him to vacate from his house on 1st Floor at D.No.40-16/1-23/2, Georgepet, Labbipet, Vijayawada, NTR District, basing on the complaint filed by the respondent No.5, as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power and quite contrary to the well-established legal principles being laid down by the Honourable Court and the Honourable Apex Court from time to time apart from being violative of the fundamental and Constitutional rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, for the facts and circumstances stated hereunder.…” 2. None represented for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by respondent No.5, both the parties are called to the police station for preliminary enquiry. He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondent. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
