The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 226 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 363, 366A of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional S.J.-III-cum-Spl. Judge, POCSO Act, Hazaribagh. Petitioner is alleged to have enticed away 16 years old daughter of the informant to leave her lawful guardianship with intention to marry her. It was submitted that victim has married with the petitioner and resides in her matrimonial home. It was further submitted that the victim is the pairvikar of the petitioner, she has sworn the affidavit of the present bail application. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional S.J.-III-cum-Spl.
