This application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short “BNSS”) is filed by applicant for grant of regular bail as he was arrested in connection with Crime No.34 of 2020 registered at Police Station- Tikrapara, District- Raipur (CG) for offence punishable under Sections 307, 302, 34 of IPC. 3. This is the third bail application on behalf of applicant. 4. Learned counsel for applicant submits that since January 2025, prosecution witnesses are not turning up even after issuing bailable warrant and arrest warrant. 5. Superintendent of Police, Raipur, submits that he has gone through the case record and assures that on the next date fixed for hearing before learned trial Court, he will look into that the order of trial Court would be complied with. 6. At this stage, learned counsel for applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application at this stage with liberty to repeat the prayer if any exigency arises in future. 7.
