Today, when the matter is taken up, petitioners herein/Accused and the 2'^^ respondent appeared before this Court. They produced their respective Aadhar cards as proof of their identity. It is submitted that though offence under Section 307 of the IPC is alleged to have been committed, there was no injury, no stab, and no wound certificate to at least prima facie conclude that there was an injury that would amount to an offenca under Section 307 of the IPC. It is also submitted that the disputes and altercation between the petitioners and the respondents took place during the election period. 7.
