Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader furnished a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Pulivendula, vide Ref.No.I/1122/2025, dated 03.10.2025, through which the petitioner’s authorization has been placed under suspension pending enquiry. 2.
In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the writ petition, with a liberty to challenge the said proceedings. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
