ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the Respondents 2 & 3 to complete the investigation and to file charge sheet/final report in FIR No.237/2020, dt.15-10-2020 on the file of 3rd Respondent Authority is highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondents 2 & 3 to complete proper investigation against the Respondents 4 to 10 and to file charge sheet/ final report in FIR No.237/2020, dt.15-10-2020 on the file of 3rd Respondent Authority in accordance with law and pass.….”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. The grievance of the Petitioner in this Petition is to complete the investigation and to file charge sheet/final report in Crime No.237/2020 dated 15.10.2020 pending on the file of the respondent No.3.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that investigation relating to Crime No.237/2020 is completed and the case was referred as ‘false’.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before an appropriate forum according to law.

6. Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before an appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
