JUSTICE S G PANDIT) This contempt petition is filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India alleging the disobedience of order dated 17.04.2024 passed in WP No.105530/2024, whereunder this Court passed the following order: “5. A Mandamus is ordered directing respondent No.2 to consider the communication dated:12.09.2022 vide Annexures-N in accordance with the law, within six weeks from the receipt of certified copy of this order, if not already considered.” 2. On appearance in pursuance to the contempt notice issued by this Court, accused No.2 Dr. Ishwar Ullagaddi, Additional Commissioner, Department of School Education, Rodda Road, Dharwad has filed affidavit dated 18.11.2025 enclosing six documents. Document No.6- endorsement dated 15.11.2025 indicates the rejection of complainant's request for including his name for grant-in- aid for the post of Physical Education teacher in Shree - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:15794-DB CCC No. 100339 of 2025 Kanchaneshwari Higher Primary School, Katigeri, Badami taluk. 3. In view of the consideration of the representation of the complainant and issuance of endorsement dated 15.11.2025, we are of the view that there is substantial compliance of the direction issued by this Court. 4.
