By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the petitioner's case for perusal of this Hon'ble court. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent No.3 to decide the pending application under section 15 of Payment of Wages Act 1936, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief this Hon'ble Court deem fit just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal under Section 15 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1956 which is pending for consideration before the respondent 4 No.3. It is submitted that the said appeal was filed way back on 26.02.2024 and it is still pending, as such, he is seeking a direction to the respondent No.3 to decide the appeal within some stipulated time period. 3. Considering the fact of the case that the appeal was lying pending since 26.02.2024 before the respondent No.3, the respondent No.3 is directed to decide the appeal preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of copy of this order. 4.
