Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, Ld. Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development. 2. The learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was initially unwilling to accept the amount of Rs. 2,08,921/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-One only) as offered by the Respondents, as the Petitioner was demanding Rs.2,40,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Forty Thousand only). 3. However, the learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner now states, on instructions, that the Petitioner is willing to accept Rs. 2,08,921/- as full and final settlement, provided the same is paid expeditiously. 3 4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Respondent authorities to transfer an amount of Rs.2,08,921/- into the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from today, upon completion of all administrative formalities and documentation. The Respondents shall also forthwith communicate the details of the transfer to the Writ Petitioner. 5. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.
