The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Spl Case No.80 of 2024 pending on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge under POCSO Act, Jajpur, arising out of Dharmasala P.S. Case No.511 of 2024 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 341/294/323/354-D/506/of IPC and Section 12 of POCSO Act. 3. Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 4. Considering the same, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as p. 2 deemed just and proper subject to verification of criminal antecedent of similar nature. 5. If it comes to the fore that the Petitioner has any such criminal antecedent, this order shall not be given effect to. 6. It is needless to state that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation. 7. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. 8.
