Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions and would submit that basing on the complaint of the Petitioner given against Pentyala Jyothi Babu, respondent Police conducted preliminary enquiry it revealed that Petitioner sold the subject property to the said Pentyala Jyothi Babu, who in turn sold away the same to some others, it is all purely a civil disputes, which Police cannot interfere and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate Forum according to law. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
