This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 5th Respondent in not registering my compliant under Sec.154 Cr.P.C. pertaining to the criminal trespass in the event of showing compliance to order in W.P.No.23889/2021 and C.C.No.796/2023 related to my property in Survey No.136/2 at Chintaparthy Village, Vayalpadu Mandal, Annamayya District without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principle of natural justice and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 5th respondent to register the complaint in accordance with Sec.154 of Cr.P.C. in order to initiate, investigate and remove the unauthorised structure dragged into my private property by the way of demolishing my compound wall which made my property insecure and pass...”
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
