Sumeet Suri, directed that in view of the acquittal of the accused Sumeet Suri, the properties attached vide the above-mentioned Provisional Attachment Order, which has been confirmed by the learned Adjudicating Authority on 25.08.2017, stand released to Mr. Sumeet Suri and his children, that is, the appellants herein. 3. In view of the above, the present appeals have been rendered infructuous and are disposed of as such. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
