Chauhan,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Harshit Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 release Assured Career progression (ACP) amount in favour of petitioner along with interest as applicable during the pendency of this writ petition before this Hon'ble Court. No adverse ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 23.04.2025 given by petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that claim of the petitioner with regard to ACP is pending consideration before respondent no.2, however, till date no order has been passed. In the respect, the petitioner has already filed representation dated 23.04.2025 to the respondent no. 2. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State and learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that representation of the petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that representation dated 23.4.2025 of the petitioner pending before respondent No.2 be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7. It is clarified that this Court has not decided the issue on merits and the authorities concerned shall independently apply its mind and pass order in accordance with law.
