Principal Junior Civil Judge at Adoni restraining the unofficial Respondent Nos 4 to 8 from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the Petitioners in respect of Petitioner's land admeasuring over the suit schedule property i.e, Ac.8.34 cents in Sy No 85/A situated at D.Bellagal Village Kosigi Mandal Kurnool District which was confirmed in CMA No 20/2017 dated 04.01.2021 despite making representations as arbitrary illegal, unjustified and consequently direct the Respondent Nos 1 to 3 to provide police protection/aid for implementation of injunction order granted in favour of the Petitioners in I.A No 908/2015 in O.S. No.119/2015 dated 27/04/2017 passed by the Ld. Principal Junior Civil Judge at Adoni by acting upon the oral representation made and also with a direction to provide security whenever unofficial Respondents threaten him and may be pleased to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the 3rd Respondent for implementation of injunction order granted in favour of the Petitioner in I.A No 908/2015 in O.S. No.119/2015 dated 27/04/2017 passed by the Ld. Principal Junior Civil Judge at Adoni restraining the unofficial Respondent Nos 4 to 8 from interfering with the

peaceful possession and enjoyment of the Petitioner's in respect of Petitioner's land admeasuring over the suit schedule property i.e, Ac.8.34 cents in Sy No 85/A situated at D.Bellagal Village Kosigi Mandal Kurnool District which was confirmed in CMA No 20/2017 dated 04.01.2021 and may pass such other order(s) as deemed fit and proper in the interests of justice and may pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

2. Heard Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and Sri B.Vijay Bhaskar, learned counsel for the unofficial respondents. 3. There is no representation for the petitioner. 4.
Learned counsel for the unofficial respondents would submit that O.S.No.119 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Adoni filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 11.10.2023 and the relief has become infructuous in this matter.

5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed since the relief has become infructuous. No order as to costs.
