(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 read with Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to register an FIR on the complaint of the petitioner against respondents No.5 to 10 to take legal action against them for committing fraud and cheating with the petitioner by way of disbursement of fake loan. Learned counsel for the petitioner has inter alia contended that Arbitration Award dated 20.07.2024 has been wrongly passed against the petitioner by Arbitrator Tribunal, District Court Ferozepur and the alleged loan amount was never advanced to him and now the deduction is wrongly made from the salary of the petitioner. The efficacious alternative remedy available to the petitioner has not been exhausted and as such, the present petition is not maintainable and is disposed of accordingly.
