The petitioner contended that he had already submitted all the requisite documents and that the same were inadvertently not looked into by the opposite parties and, therefore, he made representations dated 19.05.2025, a copy whereof avails at Annexure-8 followed by reminders at Annexures-9, 10 & 11. Learned AGA having resisted the petition for some time, now agrees to instruct his official opposite parties to look into the grievance of the petitioner in the light of the representation and reminders at the earliest, if all contentions are kept open. Counsel for the petitioner is agreeable with this proposal. In the above circumstances, writ petition is disposed off. Time for consideration of the representation of the petitioner is four weeks.
