That the petitioner has filed above petition seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 21.05.2025 submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure – E. 2. It is submitted that, during the pendency of the above petition respondents have registered the FIR. Hence, above petition does not survive for consideration.
