1. Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.75 dated 23.12.2024, under Section 108 and 3(5) of BNS 2023 (Section 3(5) of BNS 2023 was deleted later on), registered at Police Station GRP, Panipat.
2. After arguing for some time when learned counsel for petitioner realized that he will not get favourable order, he states that he does not want to pursue the present regular bail petition and accordingly withdraws the same.
3. In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
4. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, stand disposed of accordingly as well.
