In the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 04.05.2021/19.05.2021 (Annexure P-6) whereby, the petition filed by the petitioners under Section 69 of the Punjab Cooperative Societies Act, 1961 read with the Service Rules of the Mandi Gobindgarh Cooperative House Building Society Ltd. has been dismissed. A perusal of the aforesaid order dated 04.05.2021/19.05.2021 (Annexure P-6) reflects that a liberty was granted to the petitioners to submit a representation before the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioners, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a representation in terms of the order dated 04.05.2021/19.05.2021 (Annexure P-6) and same may be decided in a time bound manner. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. In view of the statement given by learned counsel for the petitioners leaving the question of law open and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 that in case, the petitioners submit a representation within a period of three weeks from today, the same be considered and decided within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law. 6. It is also clarified that opportunity of hearing will be given to the petitioners and respondents No.15 to 23 before deciding the representation.
