Heard Sri Awadhesh Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Satyam Singh, learned counsel for respondent. 2. This writ petition was filed with limited grievance that an amount of Rs.414668/- was not paid by respondent Cane Co- Operative Development Society. 3. During pendency of this writ petition, an affidavit has been filed on 20.10.2024, making certain corrections that actual outstanding amount was Rs.361691/-. Admittedly, said amount has been paid. The aforesaid affidavit was filed on 25.10.2024 and the same was also served upon counsel for petitioner, however, till date, no reply has been filed. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner orally submits that re- determination of outstanding was wrong, however, it is not supported by any legally sustainable argument or document. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, the due amount as re- determined by respondent society is now being paid and taking note that it is undisputed that concerned respondent society is facing financial problems, therefore, since grievance of petitioner is now being substantially addressed, therefore, this writ petition is disposed of.
