Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "I. Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorary quashing the judgment and order dated 27-02-2025 passed by Additional Commissioner Mainpuri Division Agra in Appeal No. 910 of 2024 (Computerized Case No. C-20240100000910) and Appeal No. 911 of 2024 (Computerized Case No. C-20240100000911 (Vedram Vs. Sri Chandra and others) filed U/S 207 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 and order dated 15-11-2021 passed by Revenue Officer in Case No. 00291 of 2020 (Rajendra Singh Vs. Sri Chandra) and judgment and decree dated 26-02-2024 passed by Revenue Officer Mainpuri in Case No. 269/2024 U/S 117 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. II- Issue any other writ, order or direction in favour of the petitioners, which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and reasonable in the circumstances of the case." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a second appeal under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. 6.
