The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 31.08.2019, summoning order dated 23.01.2025 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baghpat and further proceedings of Case No. 3796 of 2019 (State Vs. Sanjay Rao) arising out of Case Crime No. 854 of 2017, under Sections 386, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat. 2. On the matter being taken up, Mr. Praveen Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant submits that on account of some defects in the instant application, applicant does not want to press this application, hence he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application with better particulars. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State has no objection to such prayer made on behalf of the applicant. 4. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn/not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 5. Office is directed to return certified copy of the documents, if any, to the counsel for the applicant within three days after retaining photocopies of the same on record.
