SUDHIR MATTEGUNTA The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willful, wanton and deliberate disobedience in implementation of the order passed by this Court on 26.07.2023 in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.18716 of 2023. 2. The petitioner has filed the aforesaid writ petition aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not extending the benefit of G.O.Ms.No.15, Finance (HR.IV-FR&LR) department, dated 31.01.2022 under Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) Amendment, Act 2022 to the petitioner and for a consequential direction to the respondent to continue the petitioner in service till he attains the age of 62 years. This Court, in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in W.P.No.18716 of 2023, passed the following order: “…Therefore, there shall be an interim direction to the respondents to continue the services of the petitioner till he attains the age of superannuation i.e. up to 62 years as per G.O.Ms.No.15, dated 31.01.2022, without any break and with all consequential attendant benefits including the regular pay and allowances” 3. Heard Sri. B. Jaya Prabhakara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri. G. Raju, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1&2 and Sri. Sudhir Mattegunta, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent. 4. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in 4 W.P.No.18716 of 2023 on 26.07.2023 were complied with by the respondent and hence, requested to close the contempt case. 5. Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
