Present appeal has been filed against the judgement and order dated 30.07.1984 passed by Shri Maharaj Din, Additional Sessions Judge, Aligarh, in Sessions Trial No. 230 of 1983 (State v. Nem Singh, Ramadhin, Niranjan, Sardar and Mohan Singh), convicting and sentencing the appellants for a period of two years rigorous imprisonment under Section 148 IPC, rigorous imprisonment for seven years under Section 307/149 IPC, rigorous imprisonment for a period of four years under Section 452/149 IPC and imprisonment for life under Section 302/149 IPC. 3. Office report dated 10.07.2025 reveals that learned C.J.M., Aligarh vide his letter dated 12.04.2024 has reported that all five appellants are dead. 4. In view of the above, the appeal has abated. 5.
