By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "10.1) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue aw writ in the nature of Certiorari or like writ to by quashing /setting aside the order of dated 30/09/2022 (ΑΝNEXURE-P/1 )so far as it relates to petitioner issued by the respondent no. 1 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from his present place of posting Government Middle School, Mahuda, Block- Patan, District Durg to. Government Middle School. Amarpur, Block Pandariya, District- Kabirdham. 10.2) That, That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate nature of writ to quash/set aside the recommendation /order dated 22/12/2022 passed respondent no.05. 10.3) this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased issue a appropriate writ in to direct to the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to work in his present place of posting i.e. Government Middle School, Mahuda, Block 3 Patan, District-Durg. 10.4) That, Any other relief(s) may also be given to the petitioner, which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Vide order dated 3.2.2023, the petitioner was granted stay by this Court. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter and considering the fact that on the strength of the aforesaid stay order, the petitioner is still continuing at his original place of posting, as such, by the afflux of time the said orders, has lost its efficacy and as such the order dated 30.9.2022 is required to be quashed and accordingly the said order under challenge is hereby quashed. 5. However, liberty is granted to the respondent State authorities to pass appropriate orders in respect of transfer of the petitioner, in case exigency arises, without being influenced by this order. 6.
