Petitioner/Accused-2 AND The State of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Public Prosecutor, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati, Through the Station House Officer, C.B.C.I.D. P.S., Mangalagiri. Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 483 (1)(b) of BNSS is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to pass an order modifying Condition No. (iv) of the anticipatory bail order dated 19.12.2025 in Criminal Petition No. 12720 of 2025, by permitting the Petitioner to mark her weekly attendance before the jurisdictional police station of her residence i.e. Station House Ofifcer, Bhimavaram I Town Police Station, pending investigation in so far Petitioner herein/ Accused No.2 is concerned. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 19.12.2025 in Criminal Petition No. 12720 of 2025 and upon hearing the
arguments of Sri GOLLAMUDI NAGASATYANARAYANA Advocate for the Petitioner and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) for the Respondent, the Court made the following.
ORDER
“This application is filed to modify the condition No.(iv) of the anticipatory bail order in Crl.P.No.12720 of 2025 by permitting the Petitioner to mark her weekly attendance before the Police Station concerned. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner/ Accused No.2. Accordingly I.A.No.2 of 2025 is allowed. Accordingly I.A.No.1 of 2026 is allowed, relaxing the condition No.(iv) i.e., the petitioner/Accused No.2 shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned once in a week i.e., on every Saturday between 10.00 am., and 5.00pm., till filing of the charge sheet.
