Case No. 599 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he has used the mobile in question. 4. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has purchased the mobile from one Naushad. 5. The petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2025. 6.
