Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. On perusal of the complaint filed by the petitioner, though he has made certain allegations with regard to change of her name in revenue records by mutating third party names, but surprisingly, the petitioner is not inclined to implead any private parties as respondents to the writ petition. 3 W.P.No.28524 of 2025 4. On the ground of non-joinder of necessary parties, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
