His client seeks compensation under G.O. dated 1st June, 2021. He seeks direction for sanction and payment. 2. Mr. Vikram, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, respondent no.2 is empowered to deal with such claims. Petitioner has not lodged her claim. Mr. Shashi Prakash Rai, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent no.8 (the District Basic Education Officer). 3. Petitioner will lodge claim with respondent no.2 in respect of her contention that her husband died in line of election duty on 14th April, 2021. She will also give particulars regarding claim made earlier or reason for delay. Certified copy of this order be enclosed with her claim. She will also enclose relevant medical documents regarding her deceased husband. Respondent no.2 on receiving the claim is directed to consider the same and inform petitioner result thereof within four weeks thereafter. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
