(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.134 dated 11.08.2023 under Sections 323/324/148/149 of IPC registered at Police Station Shahkot District Jalandhar Rural (Annexure P-1). At the very outset, the learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sarwan Singh, submits that nothing survives in the present petition as the Investigating Agency has concluded the investigation and prepared the cancellation report on 24.03.2024 and the same would be presented before the jurisdictional Court within a period of six weeks. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
