As per the same, while rejecting the Form 6 a direction was issued to include the property of the petitioner in the Data Bank. Being aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed Ext.P4 appeal before the 1st respondent, which is now pending consideration. The limited prayer sought by the petitioner is to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders on the same within a time frame and to keep further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P3 in abeyance till such a decision is taken. After hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the the learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that, the 1st respondent shall take up Ext.P4 appeal and appropriate orders thereon shall be passed in accordance with law after giving the petitioner an 2025:KER:25512 WP(C) NO. 11860 OF 2025 4 opportunity for being heard. A decision in this regard shall be taken within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till such a decision is taken, implementation of Ext.P3 shall be kept in abeyance subject to the condition that, the petitioner shall not do any acts that alter the nature of the property.
